My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were super clean and spacious, making me feel really comfortable throughout my visit. The service was excellent, with the staff being nice and very helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The location was convenient, stocked with towels, perfect for my kids, and allowed us to enjoy great dining options nearby. However, the dining experience was a bit disorganized and fell short of expectations. Despite this, the hotel provided a great value for money in a nice setting.

The hotel was able to easily accommodate 3 people in the room but was not serviced the first night. Despite having warm water with low pressure, the stay was fine overall. However, I was really put off by the $15 per night parking charge with no warning, broken elevator, and all amenities closing by 10 pm even on the weekend.

The service put me on the top floor away from the masses, which was nice, and they were helpful with any questions. However, I felt that the service was unprofessional and made me feel like a second-class citizen, especially since I was on the associate rate. They could learn a lot from the Doubletree in terms of customer service.
